We do not make you pay before seeing a rough draft of your website. Upon review of your website and choosing to move forward, we will collect a partial retainer to continue our work towards each project. We do not require a contract, rather, upon the agreemenent of your form of payment, and timeline completion of payment, will implement due time work hours to such, and thus work with you as you pay your builder fee, or monthly service fee. Upon retainer payment and publshing site you will be given two months to make next payment, remainder of balance, or next payment specified within agreement before your website is taken off the WEB. You will receive 3 notices via phone call and/or via email, or both about past due balance before website is taken off. Any other service outside of website pubslihing and design, will be an upfront payment and is at your own risk with out any guarantees. Monthly or full refund of services will be at our discretion and upon our inability to fulfill the desired results reached within the a specific time frame agreed upon, hoped for, or otherwise states by us, 1 Way Marketing Group.
